WHEN WE ARE DISCOURAGED OR FEEL ALL ALONE, WHAT CAN WE DO?
1.  PRAISE AND WORSHIP THE LORD!
Put on some Christian music and just sing to the Lord.  Below  are two songs that are really an encouragement to me.  I pray they are to you as well.
2.  GET INTO THE WORD!
God's Word can give you the  encouragement you  need.  The Psalms are very encouraging.
Don't have a Bible?  You can find one on-line at Bible Gateway or an audio King James Version.

3.  PRAY!
God hears our prayers. He knows what we are going through.  Rely on Him and His Word.
If you don't have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, you need to.  Click here to find out more.
Would you like us to pray for you?

Prayer
Lord, we are so grateful that fear was banished through Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. Although life may bring us grief and struggles, we know that Your presence is there to give us strength, guidance and comfort. Help us to experience Your peace during trials so that we may point others toward salvation through Christ. We pray in Jesus’ name. Amen

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up,
just as in fact you are doing.
1 Thessalonians 5:11
"Because of the life of Christ, the Light of the world, even death is for us flooded with light. We know where we're going. One day, because of Jesus, we'll be welcomed into heaven and we'll see God face-to-face. How do we live in the meantime? Hebrews 12:1 provides guidance:
• Listen to our cheerleaders. Listen and take the counsel of people who have persevered and have discovered that God's strength is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).
• Get unencumbered. What is encumbering our lives? Unforgiveness? Overextended commitments? Excessive debt? Destructive ambitions? Hidden sins? ‘Let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles’ (Hebrews 12:1).
• Stay focused. Keep our attention focused on Christ, not on the obstacles in front of us. Christ is the Author, the Source of our faith, as well as the One who completes our faith and brings it to perfection.
• Persevere. Christ has already overcome all opposition. He is not merely the Beginning and the End, He is the One in whose strength we are carried throughout our lives. Because of Him, we are assured that we will make it across the finish line"

            A Word From Billy Graham
"After His resurrection, Jesus said to His disciples, ‘Fear not’ (Cf. Matthew 28:10). And certainly our world needs to hear that message today from the resurrected Christ.
Jesus came to the disciples, meeting them between the garden with its empty tomb and the city with its mob still passionate with hate and ready to persecute His disciples. He said to them, ‘Don't be afraid; go to Galilee and I'll meet you there’ ( Cf. Matthew 28:10). Jesus came to the Eleven and said, ‘Peace be unto you,’ (Luke 24:36, KJV) when they were frightened. This was more than the conventional salute of those days--it was the assurance of a deep peace that He had promised them that night in the Upper Room (John 14:27). His repeated word to them was, ‘Fear not’ (Matthew 28:5, KJV), a message given to them by an angel, and, ‘Be not afraid’ (Matthew 28:10, KJV). And why not? The answer is simple. Because He lives! They need no longer fear death and disaster. They can be assured that just as Jesus triumphed, they too will triumph. They can be confident that God's purposes have not been thwarted and that He Himself is with them always, ‘even unto the end of the world’ (Matthew 28:20, KJV).
In the midst of our world filled with its dangers, hate and war, the words of our Lord Jesus Christ are more relevant today than they were when He said them. Once more, to those who love Him, He says, ‘Fear not’ (Matthew 28:5, KJV). He comes to you in the hospital room. He comes to you in the midst of a family tragedy. He comes to you in the midst of a business tragedy or a physical tragedy. And He says, ‘Fear not. I'm with you. I have been raised from the dead. I am alive! I'm here to help you.’"
